Group compliance and licensing: who is licensed for what

Buyers do not need our assurance that the companies behind this group are real, licensed and traceable — they need the licence type, the issuing authority and the validity period, so they can check it themselves. This page lists exactly that for the three member companies, and nothing else.

Hangrui Holdings Limited is the group company at the top of this site; it does not itself hold a mainland China hazardous chemicals operating licence. Sourcing, storage, filling, documentation and shipment are handled by the member companies below.

Licences held by the member companies

Scope wording is taken from the licence itself. Licence numbers and scanned certificates are not republished here — ask us for the current copy, or check the issuing authority’s registry by the company’s full name.

How to verify any of this yourself

1. Find the company by its full English name in the table above — each member company has its own site, and the same legal name appears in its site footer and page metadata.
2. Check the licence type, the issuing authority and the validity period against the issuing authority’s public registry (in China: the provincial or district Emergency Management Bureau for hazardous chemicals and precursor chemicals, the provincial Administration for Market Regulation for cylinder filling).
3. Or ask us for the current certificate copy — for a specific order, buyer due-diligence requests are answered with the document itself, not with a summary.

What this page does not list

• Certificate numbers and scanned certificates — the licence type, issuer and validity period are published; the document itself is provided on request.
• Shareholders, directors and registration numbers of any company — those are on the public registers, but we do not republish them here.
• Customer names, order volumes and prices.
• Product ranges: those live on the member company sites (hufluor.com, hm-chem.com, riboluo.com), where the trading role and the specification level are stated.
